One credit is one master. Credits don’t expire. If a master doesn’t finish, the credit comes back. Prices below are in Indian rupees.

    The release file — not the compressed preview you A/B in the browser.

  • Mix or stems

    Send a stereo bounce, or separate tracks. Same credit either way.

  • Your loudness target

    File / CD by default, or Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube.

  • Credit back if it fails

    A credit is taken only when a master finishes. Failed or cancelled jobs return it.

What is a credit?

One credit is one finished master. You can A/B a short preview first. The download is a 24-bit WAV.

Do credits expire?

No. Gift credits and purchased credits stay on the account until you use them.

What if mastering fails?

The credit comes back so you can try again. That is the remedy — we don’t charge a second credit for a job that never finished.

Can I get a refund?

If we charged you but credits never appeared on the account, or we charged you twice, we refund the payment to the original method within 5–7 business days. If a master doesn’t finish, the credit returns. Unused credits on the account are not cashed out, except where the law requires it. See Refunds and cancellation.

Is tax included?

Listed prices are what you pay. The business is not registered under GST, so GST is not added at checkout. If we register, tax will be shown before you pay.
