Shipping and delivery

1. Digital delivery

We do not post CDs, USBs, or paper. There is no courier, tracking number, or shipping charge. You do not need a delivery address to receive credits or a master.

2. Credit packs

After payment is confirmed, purchased credits appear on the signed-in account. That is delivery of the pack. You spend a credit when a master finishes. See Pricing and Refunds and cancellation.

3. Finished masters

When a job finishes, the 24-bit WAV is stored in your library. You download it over HTTPS with a short-lived link. In-page playback is a compressed preview and may include a watermark; it is not the release file.

Keep your own copy of anything you may release. A file in the library is a convenience, not an archive.

4. Timing

Credits usually appear within a few seconds of a successful payment. If they do not, they should appear within one business day. If they still have not, that is a failed delivery. See If delivery fails.

Mixing and mastering are automated. Most jobs finish in minutes. Large files, stem sessions, or a busy queue can take longer. We do not promise a clock time for every mix.

5. International

We do not ship parcels to other countries, because we do not ship parcels at all. There is no customs duty. You get credits and files in your account, wherever you can sign in.
