1. Agreement

masterMyTrack (“we”, “us”) is operated by Siddharth Rajpoot, a sole proprietor in India. It provides a website and automated mixing and mastering tools (the “Service”). By creating an account, buying credits, or uploading audio, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service for a studio, label, or other organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy policy. Pricing for credit packs is on the Pricing page.

2. The service

The Service lets you upload a stereo mix or separate stems, choose mastering options, hear a short preview, and download a 24-bit WAV master when a job finishes. Mixing and mastering are automated. We are not a human engineer, a record label, or a distribution company. We do not release your music to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, or any other store.

We may change features, formats, processing time, or platform targets. We may also pause the Service for maintenance. We do not promise that every mix will process, or that a finished file will match a particular commercial release.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older to use the Service. By signing up you confirm that. Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else used it.

You may sign in with email and password, and, where offered, with Google. Give us a working email address. Email-and-password accounts must confirm that address with a one-time code before you can sign in. Google sign-in uses the verified email Google provides. Notices we send there, including welcome and verification messages, count as written notice. You can sign out at any time.

4. Your audio

You keep the rights you already have in the files you upload and in the masters we return. These terms do not transfer your copyright to us. You grant us a limited license to host, copy, transcode, analyze, mix, master, watermark, store, and transmit that audio only as needed to run the Service, fix problems, keep it secure, and meet the law.

You confirm that:

  • you own the audio, or you have permission from everyone who must agree;
  • uploading and processing it does not infringe copyright, neighboring rights, or privacy;
  • you will pay any royalties or fees owed to writers, performers, labels, or collecting societies — we do not collect or pay those for you.

Do not upload audio you do not have the right to process. We may remove files, cancel jobs, or close accounts when we reasonably believe a rights or legal problem exists. Keep your own copies. A master in your library is a convenience, not an archive.

5. Credits and payment

One credit is used when a master finishes. We hold a credit when processing starts. If the job fails or you cancel it in time, that credit comes back. Credits do not expire. New accounts may receive a sign-up gift of credits. Gift credits have no cash value. We may change the gift for future sign-ups.

Credit packs are priced in Indian rupees. Listed prices are the amount you pay. The business is not registered under GST, so GST is not added at checkout. If we register, we will show tax before you pay and update this page. A third-party processor handles the payment. We do not store full card, UPI, or bank credentials.

Credits and finished files are delivered digitally. See Shipping and delivery. Money refunds, returned credits, and cancellation are described in Refunds and cancellation. Chargebacks or payment disputes may pause the account until the payment is resolved.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • upload malware, or try to break, overload, or probe the Service;
  • scrape, harvest accounts, or reverse engineer the processing chain;
  • resell access, share logins, or use the Service to process audio at industrial scale for others without our written permission;
  • upload unlawful content, or content that exploits children;
  • bypass previews, watermarks, download limits, or credit holds;
  • use automated bots to create accounts or burn credits.

If you believe someone used the Service to infringe your copyright, write to support@mastermytrack.app with a description of the work, the URL or job if you have it, and a statement that you are authorized to act.

7. Previews and results

In-page playback is a short, compressed preview and may include a watermark or ident so it is not the release file. The downloadable master is a 24-bit WAV. Loudness, true peak, and tone depend on the mix you send and the options you pick. Automated processing can clip, pump, or change the balance. Listen before you release. You decide whether a master is fit to release.

8. Reviews

After a finished master you may leave a rating and a short note. We may show ratings of 4 or 5, with your display name and quote, on the public site. We may decline or remove a review that is abusive, includes links, or is not about the Service. Feedback you send us (other than your music) may be used to improve the product without payment to you.

9. Our intellectual property

The website, software, processing chain, presets, design, and brand are ours or our licensors’. We grant you a limited, revocable license to use the Service for your own recordings, not to copy the product or train a competing system on it.

10. Third parties

Hosting, databases, object storage, sign-in (including Google, if you use it), and payment processors are third parties with their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policies.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that processing will be error-free, uninterrupted, or identical from one mix to the next.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost releases, reputational harm, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for credits in the 12 months before the claim, or the unused credits returned to your account, whichever we choose to apply. Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum the law permits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that rule applies.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from audio you upload, your use of the Service, or your breach of these terms, except to the extent we caused the harm.

14. Suspension and ending

You may stop using the Service and delete sessions from your library. We may suspend or close an account for breach, fraud, unpaid charges, or risk to the Service. We may also stop offering the Service. Unused gift credits have no cash value on closure. Unused purchased credits are handled as the law requires.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Material changes that affect fees or your core rights will be posted here, and where reasonable we will also email the address on your account. Continued use after the new terms take effect means you accept them. If you do not accept a change, stop using the Service.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts at Satna, Madhya Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief anywhere to protect the Service or intellectual property. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections in your country of residence still apply where they cannot be waived.
